Veterans & Adventurous Beginners Available All SeasonInflatable Kayaks are great for adventurous individuals who want to experience the river one-on-one. You can book a kayak trip for your group with kayaks only or with a paddle raft/kayak combination to suit all members of your group. Either way experienced, seasoned guides will assit you in navigating your kayak down the river.
No Experience Necessary
White Cloud Rafting provides amenties such as Helmets, life jackets, booties, spalch gear, etc. Your guide will also give you a special kayaking orientations to insure you are paddling like a pro. Also check out our flat water kayaking trips.
We begin our raft trip at the Elk Creek launch site, just downstream from the historic Sunbeam Hot Springs and the Yankee Fork Tributary. Around the bend we encounter Piece of Cake; which starts off the stretch of class II and III rapids that comprise the middle section of the river. We finish with a thrilling three-quarter-mile stretch of class III rapids nicknamed "The Narrows". After the rapids we stop at Jump Rock for a refreshing swim in a deep, clear swimming hole and work up an appetite for a delicious outdoor meal served up at our next stop, lunch camp. After lunch we float through a leisurely stretch of river, allowing time to kick back and relax before we take out at Torrey's Hole.
